Do not push your trolley in the public areas of the mall. Park your trolley in the service corridor and bring your collections back to it. Service corridors can be accessed via brown or white doors and are usually located behind the shops. Avoid all staircases due to their ‘one-way’ doors. 3. Ensure your collection weight is declared accurately and listed SEPARATELY for each merchant using the correct site code. Use the "Create Free Listing" function for the associated merchants. 4. List with a STOCK IMAGE and ensure merchant brand is masked. Read each merchant's site instruction carefully as each has different requirements. Ensure Simple title, Stock photo, Accurate weight, correct Site Code. NO other details!! Under Pickup Details, write 'ASAP' only and nothing else. For all other compulsory fields, ONLY write NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION “” for the listings that are not for human consumption or "BYOB" for listings allowing human consumption. Do not write anything else. Can use the same stock photo to list for all the MSQ site codes. 5. Select Verified Beneficiaries for all MSQ listing and prioritise these recipients. 6. Always select "NO" under "Contains food past the Best Before date".
For merchants with "NOT for Human Consumption" requirement, DO NOT select the "Cooked Food" option to input any "Time of Rescue" or "Date of Rescue". 7. If there's nothing to collect from any particular merchant, pls DO NOT create the listing for it.
8. Before going for the collection, pls prelist a non-D2L.sg generic free food listing so that your recipients can standby to collect the food almost immediately after your collection. Recipients MUST still request via your MSQ listing when they arrive to collect. ........ Under your supervision, you may bring along a maximum of 1 other DSS to assist you.
*If you receive any questions during the collection, please say "I'm just here to collect. For any queries, please email "hello@D2L.sg".
