2. 9.00pm. #03-129. Tenkaichi Japanese. Site Code: MSQ03129. 2kg of prebagged raw and cooked dishes. Bring a 1 litre container to pack hot chawanmushi. Pick up other items up from table near the entrance. List all items as “For composting only”

3. Sun-Thu 9.15pm. #02-105. BurgerKing. Site Code: MSQ02105. 500g of prebagged cooked food. Pick up from extreme right end of counter.

4. 9.25pm. #02-103A. KennyRogers. Site Code: MSQ02103A. 2kg of prebagged cooked dishes. Pick up from big table near the cashier.

5. 9.30pm. #02-100A. TheTreeCafé. Site code: MSQ02100A. 1kg of prebagged cooked food. Pick up from the black trolley on the left of the cashier.

6. 9.30pm. #03-128A. KaiGarden. Site Code: MSQ03128A. 3kg of cooked duck carcass. Bring gloves and food-grade bags. Pick up from yellow bin in the kitchen.

7. KIV #02-106. Gyu Kaku. Site Code: MSQ02106. 3kg of side dishes.

8. 9.45pm. #02-183B. SukiyaHotPot. Site Code: MSQ02183B. 3kg of vegetable scraps, 2kg of cooked food, 2 litres of hot curry. Bring ladles, food-grade bags/containers.

9. 10.00pm. #02-105A. Rolling Rice. Site Code: MSQ02105A. 1kg of prebagged raw meat and vegetable scraps. Bring 1 supermarket-sized plastic bags/recyclable bag to exchange with the merchant

10. 10.00pm. #02-105B. Hannaembi. Site Code: MSQ02105B. 1kg of prebagged raw meat and vegetable scraps. Bring 1 supermarket-sized plastic bags/recyclable bag to exchange with the merchant. ........ Special note:

1. As this is a very large mall, arrive early to familiarize yourself with the merchant locations.

2. Be discreet during collection. Do not push your trolley in the public areas of the mall. Park your trolley in the service corridor and bring your rescues back to it.

3. Ensure that the collection load is declared accurately and listed separately for each merchant using the correct site code. Use the "Create Free Listing" function for the associated merchants.

4. List with a stock image and ensure merchant brand is masked. ........ Under your supervision, you may bring along a maximum of 1 other DSS to assist you.

Rescue everything as directed and always bring extra rolls of plastic bags as backup.
